Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 14, 2026
Welcome to Pomegranate Post. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pomegranatepost.co and your purchase of a Pomegranate Post membership or gift subscription.
Pomegranate Post is operated by Strong Roots Web Design LLC. By placing an order or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Membership
Pomegranate Post is a children’s Jewish mail subscription designed primarily for children ages 4–10. Each membership may include physical mailings, digital materials, or a combination of both, depending on the season and holiday calendar.
Physical holiday envelopes may include items such as a personalized letter, stickers, artwork, creative activities, and other small surprises. The exact contents, colors, designs, and materials may vary.
A parent, guardian, or other adult must purchase and manage the subscription. Pomegranate Post is not intended to collect orders or payment information directly from children.
Pricing and Automatic Renewal
The Pomegranate Post membership costs $18 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout.
Memberships automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at checkout. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Pomegranate Post to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
U.S. shipping is included in the stated membership price. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
We will clearly disclose the subscription price, renewal terms, and cancellation options before completing your purchase.
Mailing Schedule
New members will receive a welcome envelope, which is generally mailed within two weeks of joining.
After the welcome mailing, members will enter the regular Pomegranate Post schedule beginning with the next applicable holiday or seasonal mailing. Because Jewish holidays do not occur at evenly spaced monthly intervals, some months may include a physical envelope, while other months may include digital activities or materials.
Mailing dates are estimates and may change because of holidays, postal delays, supply availability, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Digital Materials
Certain months may include digital materials rather than a physical envelope. Digital materials may be sent by email or made available through the Pomegranate Post website.
The customer is responsible for providing a current email address and checking spam, promotions, or similar filtered folders.
Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring membership at any time before your next monthly payment is processed.
You may cancel through the account area on the Pomegranate Post website. If you cannot access your account, you may request cancellation through the contact form at pomegranatepost.co/contact.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. It does not ordinarily reverse a payment that has already been processed.
If you cancel after a monthly payment has been processed, any physical mailing or digital material covered by that payment will still be provided, when applicable. You will not be charged for future membership periods after the cancellation has been completed.
We will send a cancellation confirmation by email. Please retain this confirmation for your records.
Refunds
Because physical mailing contents may be personalized, purchased, assembled, or prepared shortly after payment is received, payments are generally nonrefundable once an order has entered processing.
Digital materials are nonrefundable after they have been delivered or made available.
If you believe you were charged after properly canceling, received an incorrect item, or experienced another order problem, please contact us through pomegranatepost.co/contact. We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping and Delivery
Pomegranate Post currently ships physical mailings to valid addresses within the United States.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address. Address changes should be submitted before the applicable mailing is prepared. We cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for mailings sent to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Pomegranate Post is not responsible for delays caused by the United States Postal Service, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a mailing arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost, please contact us through pomegranatepost.co/contact. Replacement requests will be reviewed individually and are subject to item availability.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are subject to the pricing, duration, renewal terms, and delivery information shown at checkout.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate recipient information. If a gift subscription is configured to renew automatically, that renewal will continue until canceled by the purchaser or another authorized account holder.
Product Safety and Adult Supervision
Some Pomegranate Post mailings may contain small items, craft supplies, stickers, paper products, or other materials that require adult supervision.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether materials are appropriate for their child and for supervising activities as needed. Pomegranate Post materials should not be placed in the mouth or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Personalization
Customers are responsible for entering personalization details accurately. We may not be able to correct or replace personalized materials when the information submitted with the order was incorrect.
We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that are unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Pomegranate Post website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for an unlawful purpose.
We may restrict access to the website or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, or harm.
Intellectual Property
The Pomegranate Post name, branding, illustrations, written materials, activities, downloads, photographs, website content, and original product designs are owned by or licensed to Strong Roots Web Design LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase is for personal, noncommercial use. Materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Pomegranate Post Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.
Changes to the Membership or These Terms
We may occasionally update membership features, pricing, mailing schedules, or these Terms & Conditions.
If we make a material change affecting an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice when required by law. Any price change will apply only to future charges and will be communicated before the new price is charged.
Continued use of the membership after an updated term takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions, except where additional consent is required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pomegranate Post and Strong Roots Web Design LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, subscription, mailings, or digital materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
